GoogleFrom first to final contact we have been so impressed! Always answering our emails and phone calls super efficiently. The thing that has made our experience so good is that we felt it was a real personal service, where time was happily given to understand our situation and what we really needed. We can’t thank you enough, especially Angharad who is a star 🌟

GoogleAfter a couple of very difficult years, contemplating selling our house and moving to a new start was daunting, the staff at Evans Bros were very professional and reassuring, both Dai and Angharad worked through the process and putting our property onto the market at a realistic price, this attracted lots of interest and an offer within the first week was accepted. communication was excellent and no question or request was too difficult. The whole process from offer accepted to completion was less than two months. I don't believe that we would of had this excellent level of service from an other company in the area Fantastic work, Thankyou so much

GoogleThis is the second property in as many years that Dai and the team in Lampeter have handled for me and I have been extremely happy with their professional approach to both, in particular the most recent which sold above asking price within 4 days! Honest and straight talking and dealt with any queries that arose quickly and efficiently.

GoogleCan't really fault the representative who did the viewing at short notice, but the description of the property was economical with the truth. There were numerous omissions regarding state of the property internally, and to say it was 'Professionally decorated throughout' was an utter fabrication! If there had been a truthful description of the property we wouldn't have of wasted our time.

GoogleGreat support (and humour) from the staff at Evans Bros, especially Sue and Angharad, during the recent sale of our property. Everything handled without fuss or drama. Will definitely use again.

GoogleJust the best experience in a difficult market - plenty of viewings, serious cash buyer bought before auction & the service, advice, communication & calm good common sense helped us through what seemed an impossible time. Thank you Dai, Sarah & Rhys - you were fantastic.

FacebookInsensitive and 100% there for the seller and will help them get the maximum for their property….well that is their job i hear you say, but they dont care if in the mean time they cost you £1000 in fees and your left homeless because they’ve encouraged the developer to inflate their prices by nearly 30% even though you signed and paid to reserve the house over a year ago Dont deal with these awful people
Awful people? 😳 I am disappointed to hear you say that Miss Goddard. I will look in to what has happened after I get back to work next week. Given that you have expressed your opinion so publicly, I assume you are happy that my reply will be just as public. OK with that?

FacebookAll we wanted was some information on a property we were keen to see before we travelled the 2 hours to book a viewing. The original lady was lovely but the person with the information was so rude to my husband that we would not want to give that estate agent the business. If you are selling with them then I feel for you!
Can you message me the phone number please and I will try listening back to the call to see what was said?

We were kept up to date throughout the sales process and any questions, queries or concerns that cropped up were dealt with quickly. We highly recommend them and after such great professional service why would we use anyone else. 5* Performance from a 5* team Thank you for looking after us so well, very much appreciated.
