GoogleEvan's Bros were friendly and helpful every step of the way, we purchased our home through them. We had a very stressful sales process at our end, which Ffion made sure she was on top of and kept in touch, liasing with us and our vendor. We are very grateful to be in our new home and would recommend Evan's Bros to anyone thinking of selling . As a buyer, everything from their end was dealt with promptly and efficiently .

FacebookInsensitive and 100% there for the seller and will help them get the maximum for their property….well that is their job i hear you say, but they dont care if in the mean time they cost you £1000 in fees and your left homeless because they’ve encouraged the developer to inflate their prices by nearly 30% even though you signed and paid to reserve the house over a year ago Dont deal with these awful people

FacebookAll we wanted was some information on a property we were keen to see before we travelled the 2 hours to book a viewing. The original lady was lovely but the person with the information was so rude to my husband that we would not want to give that estate agent the business. If you are selling with them then I feel for you!
