His excellent level of service, combined with prompt and courteous communication, truly set him apart from other agents I’ve dealt with in the past. During the property viewing, I never once felt pressured or rushed. Jay gave me all the time I needed to look around and make an informed decision. He answered every question patiently and, where necessary, liaised directly with the seller to ensure I received accurate information. That level of diligence made the entire process feel smooth and transparent. What impressed me most was Jay’s outstanding communication skills. He provided regular updates at least once or twice a day, keeping me fully informed at every stage. One of the most frustrating aspects of dealing with other agents previously has been the lack of communication, but with Jay, everything was absolutely seamless. It’s been a genuinely great experience, and I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and communicative estate agent.

We sold and purchased a property via Equity, Enfield town. Overall the experience was really good. There was some miscommunication on a couple of things; one being I asked not to have a ‘for sale’ board outside my property as I didn’t want the neighbours knowing we were on the market. This was honoured but after we accepted an offer our neighbours received a leaflet through their door confirming our property had been sold. This was disappointing. The other matter was due to change of staff and was cleared up by Darren in the progression team. Darren was fantastic to work with, provided regular updates and even when things weren’t going well in the chain, always answered my calls and provided guidance. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I cannot recommend Darren Nelson highly enough. Selling my flat was far from straightforward, due to complex lease issues, the process took many years. Throughout every let down, Darren remained patient, professional, and completely dedicated to getting the sale over the line. What sets Darren apart is his persistence. Many brokers would have walked away from a sale this complicated, but Darren stayed with me every step of the way, keeping me informed and never losing focus on the end goal.
