TrustpilotThis website is pretty crap
This website is pretty crap. Every day to other day, they feel the need to say I am not a real person even with proof posted that I am. Facebook refuses to do anything to whoever keeps lying, just to stalk and herass me. It's to this point anyone that uses Facebook should stop. Anyone thinking of joining Facebook please don't. I've tried to reach out to Facebook many times only to be ignored, so I am forced to write a honest review as my only personal opinion. RUN FROM FACEBOOK.

Trustpilotapp is completely broken and keeps crashing
the latest updates have completely ruined this app. facebook and instagram are both lagging and crashing every 5 minutes today. feeds won't refresh, pictures take forever to load or not at all, and notifications are completely delayed. it is literally unusable right now. a multi billion dollar tech giant but they can't even keep their basic servers running properly. absolute trash user experience.

GoogleA genuine pleasure dealing with Jay Oliver at Equity Estate Agents throughout our property search.
Jay was professional, friendly, and refreshingly honest, no pushy sales tactics, just thoughtful guidance and genuine responsiveness to all our questions. He arranged multiple viewings for us, gave open and balanced feedback on each property’s pros and cons, and was always quick to follow up.
Jay made the whole experience feel easy, transparent and respectful. Highly recommend both Jay and the team at Equity Estate Agents.
Thank you!

GoogleI met Arturo recently and have been amazed at the experience so far. Not only is he honest and transparent he spent a great deal of time explaining the processes of being a first time buyer and seamlessly guiding me through the process. He has been firm but fair, challenging me to consider the right pieces to the ever evolving puzzle and has been a guide as well as a great agent! I could not be happier with the class A service equity and specifically Arturo have provided so far!

GoogleI’ve had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Jay Oliver. He has been a joy since the second he opened the front door for the viewing to my offer being accepted. He has been proactive and transparent every step of the way, keeping me informed and I’ve felt respected and considered. Well done Jay you are a breath of fresh air.

GoogleUnfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with an estate agent due to the complete lack of respect for people’s time.
I booked a valuation with Arturo Ciuffa a week in advance for a Friday appointment. I arranged time off work and organised childcare specifically for this. Then, 5 minutes before the appointment, Arturo cancelled via WhatsApp claiming he had a flat tyre. That may have been genuine, but what was unacceptable was the complete lack of effort to rearrange the appointment for later that day.
Instead, he immediately pushed for an “online valuation” because he had seen an advert for my flat from 5 years ago and claimed he didn’t need to visit in person. This then turned into a long phone call where he spent around 30 minutes criticising the valuation of a historic advert we had only listed briefly years ago.
To make matters worse, we also had another appointment scheduled the same day with his colleague Alex to view a property at 19 Pollards Close, Goffs Oak. Arturo cancelled that viewing too, saying there were already 3 viewers in similar positions to ours and one person had an offer accepted on their chain, so viewing the property would “basically be a waste of time.”
So after making us commit to two weekday appointments, taking time away from work and family arrangements, both were cancelled last minute with very little professionalism or consideration.
What makes this even more frustrating is that the property still does not appear as “offer accepted” on Zoopla or other platforms, which raises serious questions about why viewings were being blocked in the first place. It gave the impression they were more interested in generating leads and controlling offers than genuinely acting in the seller’s best interest.
Overall, Arturo made it very clear that if he decides your property or buying position is not commercially attractive enough, the service level drops immediately into a low-effort approach focused only on the quickest possible commission.
In the end, I’m glad I didn’t proceed with them. Serious sellers and buyers deserve better communication, transparency, and basic respect for their time.

Trustpilotfrom Facebook to Scambook
From an initial good idea, Facebook has gone so greedy it has lost its attraction. However, the biggest issue is how they have opened themselves up to every scam and con there is. You cannot trust any of the adverts, though I am sure there will be some that are legitimate, there are far too many fake products and scam subscriptions that you do not know about until they start taking cash from your bank 2 months later. You can threaten them with legal action and they do give the money back as they do not want you going through the bank. Facebook will let anyone advertise for a price. There is even porn adverts.

TrustpilotBOT check fail !!! Facebook programming is ridiculous!!!
I am out of town, at my 2nd home. I am using my laptop. I cannot get past the ridiculous incessant and perpetual "prove you're not a robot" show. I am not certain how to play the damn game!! Does a photo of a bicycle include the person on it? I did it a dozen times and finally gave up! Totally ridiculous! They should be so careful when other countries create fake accounts to sway our opinions or scam us with product sales.

It sells your data and serves it on a silver platter to any entity. There is no privacy, and there is no freedom of expression. This website exists solely to serve the Zionist entity, to the extent that they have even frozen the accounts of American citizens for the sake of Israe
