From start to finish, Arturo, Darren, and Jay were efficient, involved and quick with their responses. Their coordination with solicitors and surveyors helped keep everything moving smoothly and their communication throughout the process was always clear and reassuring. A special mention must go to Jay, who has been exceptional. Every interaction with him has been positive, polite, and genuinely kind. He brings a personal touch that makes a real difference. Jay enthusiastically asked us to tell him exactly what we were looking for, and with determination and energy, he went out and found it for us. His involvement has had a meaningful impact at every step, and we are truly grateful for his support. We put our house on the market in March 2026 and initially were going to use the same Estate Agent we have used before. We did not consider Equity purely because we had not too good an experience with them until we found out they were under new management. What a difference!!! Arturo and the team have turned the agency around and is now an Estate Agent to be completely confident with. They were nothing short of an amazing team to work with, nothing was too much trouble. We has viewings almost immediately and before we knew it had three offers on our house, if that isn't efficient, i don't know what is!. Ultimately, Equity sold our house in no fewer than TEN DAYS, unbelievable. We are truly grateful to Arturo, Jay, Darren and Alex for all of their hard work, they truthfully earned their commission on this and we were more than happy to pay what they were asking. Honestly worth every single penny. Thank you to all at Equity, Enfield Town.

I recently sold my house and purchased another property through Equity Estate Agents Enfield. It was a complicated chain involving five families, but the whole process was handled professionally. Darren, one of the team members, was outstanding throughout. He was approachable, patient, and always took the time to answer my questions with clear and helpful guidance. His communication was excellent, and he kept us informed every step of the way. I genuinely believe we would have struggled to reach completion without Darren’s dedication and support. He went above and beyond to help keep the chain moving and made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier. They changed for the worse. Too many ads and the algorithm can get very annoying. The bots are very sensitive so when they feel slighted they ban you.

If I could give this a ZERO I would. FB is full of scammers and others who prey on people. You have the rampant fake ads, sellers of counterfeit products, and then theres the mugshots shoved in my face constantly. Theres crap that borders on "corn" and when I report it I get back an email saying the person was just fine posting pics that resemble male and female junk. Not cool. I actually hate Facebook now and think it'll be a fine day when it goes away. 10/10 HATE.

I have been trying to access an account I lost access to randomly one day a couple years ago. I’ve never had any luck with the verification process, for some reason they don’t believe I’m the person in the profile. Even reporting the profile hundreds of times to be removed, never once do they agree anything is abnormal.

I have had my facbook since 2009 facbook previously restricted my account on setting things they they restored everything now they are asking me to very my my account with identification seriously I am a woman not a child I have had my account since 2009 now your asking me to verify my account what a joke may be facbook wants closing down all together totel disgrace fir a poor service I had another social site and I have had better treat ment from them since day one
