Aaliyah was very knowledgable and showed me the property in a friendly and calm manner. Helen is great at following up, it has been quite a stressful process with a few bumps in the road but equity were always there when I needed an update.

TrustpilotDuring my search for a new property
During my search for a new property. I was help by Equity Estate Agent. The staff are very helpful and polite. my agent Julia was good in what she does. Her mannerism also is very good. Her calmness and the way she applied herself and the time she takes to complete each task, in getting be into a property is amazing. Especially as I was looking during the Christmas time. Her help makes it less stressful for me. I could not ask for a better person in helping me finding a new home. Her customer service is 100%. Thank you all at Equity Estate Agent..

TrustpilotExcellent service
Excellent service. It is very helpful that a staff member is constantly following up with both side’s solicitors to move things forward. Very reliable, know the market and also give you a realistic valuation if you are selling. Always nice and polite. I have never before completed a sale so fast.

TrustpilotThank you Equity
Thank you Darren, Kevin, Paris and all the staff at Equity Estate Agents. They are the 'A Team,' in both management and sales of a property. I'd recommend them to anyone who wanted to sell or rent out a property. I've done both of which I can say I'm very happy that Equity and the team were there to guide me through to the end, they are both professional and approachable.I will be using them again next year. Thanks again Equity.

TrustpilotHelpful and knowledgeable team!
Darren and his team are very knowledgeable about the area they represent and calmly looked after us in the stressful period before exchange and up to completion. I would definitely recommend Equity Hertford Road to anyone looking to sell a property in that area.

TrustpilotEquity’s work ethic and excellence…
Equity’s work ethic and excellence stood out from the other Estate Agents.Attention to detail, getting the right people to view my property and follow-up.The aftercare I received was priceless for without Helen’s great communication skills and ability to follow-up, I believe my sale would have fallen through. She basically managed my solicitor, myself and my buyer.Thank you team for your excellent work ethic.

TrustpilotI would just like to share my experience with using Equity Estate Agents
I would just like to share my experience with Equity estate agents, I have purchased 4 properties from them over the last few years since 2014. The level of service they provide is so professional, they are calm yet always do what they say, they give you honest advise and not sugar coated like other estate agents, my last property wasn’t selling so I asked a few agents to sell it, however, equity were the ones who yet again came to the top and sold it. I would highly recommend them to everyone who is thinking of selling there property, buying a first time property or even selling a property that is just not bugging and selling - these guys will sell it for you and at the best price, I would especially like to thank Helen Nicoloau, Darren Nelson and Aaliyah Salih, Aaliyah in sales, who sold my last property with her professional approach in selling, Helen who progressed the sale and made sure that it all happened in a timely fashion liaising with the lawyers and agents in the chain and Darren who ensured that the whole process ran smoothly and efficiently, I am one who does get a little stressed at times but each time I did the staff at equity always helped put my mind at rest and talk me through any concerns I was having at those times, I have just bought another property from them which completes in a couple of weeks, I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone - just simply a nice bunch of professional people who know there stuff yet add that personal old school touch - which is very rare these days..

TrustpilotWe can truly reccommend Equity Enfield…
We can truly reccommend Equity Enfield Town to anyone wanting to sell a house in the Edenbridge Rd area. Pablo and his team have shown the utmost professionalism from the first contact. We researched what 3 agents had sold most properties in Edenbridge Rd before choosing one, and we now understand why Equity came out tops. With weekly update phone calls, the process never became stressful, as we were always kept in the loop of where we were in the selling process.Gabbi should also be mentioned, as she took some amazing photos that clearly helped to sell the property. Do not hesitate to contact Equity to get things moving in Bush Hill Park. A Ruffhead

TrustpilotEquity dealt with the sale of 2 houses…
Equity dealt with the sale of 2 houses for me, mine and my mothers, at the same time. Although this was quite a stressful time they made it easier by taking control of my mother’s house sale, dealing with all viewings and contact, this was very helpful. All the staff were knowledgeable about both sales and very approachable about any queries. The service from Equity was excellent and I highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property in Enfield .

TrustpilotThey sold our house!
Our sale was quite difficult but Equity kept going and constantly calling our buyer on our behalf. Without their persistence there would have been no sale. They were helpful, approachable, professional and above all they genuinely had our best interest at heart.

TrustpilotWriting this from our new home in Wales…
Writing this from our new home in Wales where WI FI has just been installed. A huge thank you to Josh and all the team at Enfield for making our house sale go as easily as possible. From the initial contact to handing over the keys we felt looked after and valued and as if nothing was too much trouble or trivial to ask. Yes there were hitches along the way, these were handled with professionalism and concern and an attention to detail that ensured a successful outcome. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and most helpful but Josh was outstanding, he did his job over and above our expectations. Well done and thank you so much for everything, we highly recommend Equity to anyone selling their home in Enfield, a local business to truly be proud of.

A massive Thank You to Equity Estate Agents! Within a week of advertising my property I had an offer, and accepted it. The staff are real people who treat you as they expect to be treated. Special thanks to Darren, Helen and Ali, they kept me informed throughout the whole process. I have already recommended Equity to 2 friends looking to sell their property in the near future. They have been my best experience of estate agents.

GoogleWe have used Equity twice now and both times they have been fantastic. Would thoroughly recommend them to everyone and not hesitate to use them again! From start to finish they were so professional and kept us updated throughout. The photos they take of your property are by far the best I have seen on Rightmove/Zoopla. A special thank you to Darren, Matthew, Helen and Aaliyah.

GoogleBeing a landlord for the first time is daunting. Gina and Snr partner Mark met with me at my home and gave me reassurances that my property would be properly cared for. Having a Snr partner with years of experience there to answer my questions made me feel very important (big tick!) Gina is great. She is lovely and professional at the same time! Equity offered me competitive rates, took great photo's and within weeks my property was snapped up! My handover to the management Team was also seamless. I found Equity's welcome pack very informative. In all, Excellent, excellent, professional, customer-centered care and attention to detail. FIVE STARS from a very happy customer. Thanks Equity!
