GoogleMy experience with Equity Estate Agents has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. After reporting a broken heater, it took three weeks of constant follow-ups before anyone finally showed up, and even then, the technician was clearly unqualified as the heater kept breaking down repeatedly. Meanwhile, the sink machine malfunctioned five times, and instead of addressing the issue professionally, the staff responded with irritation and implied that I was somehow at fault, which was both rude and uncalled for. To add insult to injury, I was bombarded with messages about missed payments despite paying my rent on time every month. When I called to clarify, I was told these were “automated reminders”, yet the messages explicitly stated missed payment, which is misleading and unprofessional. Overall, Equity Estate Agents demonstrate a lack of competence, poor communication, and an unwillingness to provide proper customer service.

My Facebook/Instagram accounts (@tessobenauf) were disabled end of May 2025 without explanation. Despite submitting 2 appeals and providing ID verification, Meta has not responded. This is a violation of their Terms of Service and unfair to users. Avoid relying on Meta for business/personal use!

We use a third-party company to distribute our leaflets and are extremely disappointed to hear they have behaved in this way. This is certainly not the standard we expect, and we’re grateful to you for bringing it to our attention. We will be raising this issue directly with the distribution company, as it’s not only frustrating for residents, but also reflects poorly on us, despite us having no involvement in how they deliver the leaflets once distributed. As I’m sure you can appreciate, we pay for this service in good faith, and now we’re also paying for their poor conduct with a negative review. If you're willing, we’d really appreciate it if you could let us know the road name and approximate date this occurred, so we can better investigate and ensure this doesn’t happen again.
