We put our house on the market with Equity estate agents in Enfield in April 2025. They were very professional with vetting potential buyers, confirming appointments and giving us feedback promptly from the viewings. Jay Oliver worked really hard and his efforts got us a buyer within 3 months. I dealt with Darren Nelson after that, who kept me informed with updates even before our solicitor did. Darren always returned my calls promptly and got to the bottom of any issues we had. We have been really happy with our experience in dealing with Equity. We have another property on the market and once again, Jay, Alex and the new manager, Arturo are dedicated to helping us get a buyer. We would thoroughly recommend Equity and their friendly, helpful staff and their professionalism in the way they dealt with us.

GoogleThere are estate agents… and then there’s Arturo with Equity - the man, the myth, the maestro of the market. When I first met him, I expected the usual spiel: “great location, lots of interest, we’ll be in touch.” What I got instead was a verbal ballet of market knowledge and charm so smooth I half expected him to sell me back my own house. Arturo doesn’t sell property, he orchestrates it. The man could negotiate peace treaties before lunch and still have time to stage manage a viewing with mood lighting and the perfect playlist. Thank you for all your efforts throughout, a true 5-star service!

GoogleThey will be super nice getting you a place, but you better hope the place you get doesn't come with any issues because the property management team here is atrocious so do not be mistaken as they are a complete different set of people to the lettings team.

Jay showed me round the property and stayed extremely professional and I can often feel overwhelmed by viewings but I felt super comfortable by his light hearted attitude. Everything was very efficient and Jay had insightful approaches to get me exactly what I wanted ! Couldn’t be happier and would 100% recommend as a service to others, Jay is a credit to the Equity Team and I can’t thank him enough for his services. Thanks again Jay and Equity !
