Absolutely unacceptable experience. We arranged a rental property through this estate agent and were due to move, then just two days before moving day we were told the landlord had sold the house and the rental would not proceed. By that point we had already invested enormous emotional, physical, and financial effort into the move. We had applied for schools for our children, packed all our belongings, arranged and committed to a shipping company, and ended our current voluntary jobs, courses, and clubs in preparation for relocating to Lancaster. This last-minute cancellation left our family in a very difficult and stressful position. There was clearly a lack of proper verification and security around the agreement before allowing tenants to proceed with such major life arrangements. Communication and responsibility handling were extremely poor. I would strongly caution others to think carefully before relying on this agency for a rental move.

Big thanks to Erin and Michael for helping us move into our lovely new home. They both worked very hard to accommodate us and gave us multiple lifts from and to the place we rented since we were from outside Lancaster and didn't have a car.
