GoogleWe recently purchased a house through Entwistle Green in Lancaster and I can honestly say that their service, professionalism, and support was phenominal. Our main contacts we Felicity and Kimberley who went well above and beyond what I would expect a selling estate agaent to do! They liaised closely with the seller for us over a number of issues, helped organise repairs when an issue occured before the purchase was finalised, liaised with solicitors on our behalf, and even made themselves available outside of their working hours. I can honestly say I don't think our purchase would have completed without their help! I know I will have missed things off this review but all I can offer you both is our eternal gratitude for everything you did for us! As a company I hope you review things like this as it is important you know the fantastic work that your staff are doing. The staff at the Lancaster branch, particularly Fliss and Kim in our case, have been outstanding and I hope you can recognise them for this in some way.
