Never deal with these scumbags and joke of a lettings company, avoid at all costs! The fees to rent a flat are sky high, the highest of any other agency, and once you've paid if you have any issues with your property they will never help. You will find yourself ringing them everyday, they will tell you that it's been taken note of and someone will be over to look at the issue but no one ever shows up. Take this scenario and repeat 5 times, and still - no one will ever come. I'm seriously considering calling an ombudsman on this branch, because this feels like a scam, they rip you off and don't do any work at all. I don't know what they are doing at their office, but all I can say is they are first class liars and the rudest and arrogant bunch you will ever come across.

We had tried another agent previously with no success and within the first week we had more viewings on our house than the whole time with the other agent. Terrible Service

This estate agent has the highest "finding" fees (reference checks, credit checks, etc. etc. etc.) but promised exceptional service. I rented a property for 18 months. Some things like the landing light were never fixed. The shower took over 2 months to fix. It took them 4 MONTHS to send me the exit inspection document. The landlord demanded 250 for wear and tear. The estate agent did not give any opinion on the demand. The inspection documents have such small photos you cannot tell if the complaint is justified or not. The estate agent will not provide full photos of the inspection. I would expect complaints on the condition to come from the estate agent as independent and not arrive 4 months later from the owner. I also received angry texts from the owner. Renting from Entwistle was expensive and a horrible experience.

Stephanie - lettings agent Dale St was very proactive and efficient and should be applauded!!!! In my dealings with head office in the past there can be what I perceive as significant inefficiencies in communicating with the customer with delays in updating re active queries and the organizational structure is bewildering to me at times - sometimes being directed to Head Office and sometimes being directed to the local office. This gives the customer the sense of a 'pass the buck' strategy. In my opinion the company should allow customers to liase with their local office and the local office then process the administration with Head office - this provides the sense at least of a more personalized service. I have in the past, communicated this sentiment to the company on more than one occasion but received no reply in writing.
