After a long and stressful search for a home, I honestly can't thank the team at Entwistle Green enough for everything they did for us. From the very beginning, they were professional, approachable and genuinely caring, making what can be a very overwhelming process feel so much easier. A very special thank you has to go to Erin, who was absolutely incredible throughout. She was always kind, patient and reassuring, keeping us updated every step of the way and taking the time to answer every question we had, no matter how small. It never felt like we were just another application. Erin genuinely cared about helping us find the right home and made us feel valued throughout the whole process. We're now settling into our new home, and we're so grateful for all the support we received. I just want to appreciate the professionalism that was shown to us (myself and my wife) by Erin and Michael. We were getting to a stage of panicking about whether we were to get a rental house or not. We had tried out many agencies and not being successful. We then landed on Entwistle and they made it so easy for us. It was from phoning after seeing a property on line, viewing to the last bit of the process. ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ The staff are always polite and pleasant when you manage to speak to them, which is the only reason I’m giving three stars instead of one. Unfortunately, the communication is extremely poor. Calls regularly go unanswered, and it shouldn’t be this difficult to contact a housing agent. Not everyone has the time to visit the office in person just to ask a simple question or get an update. Answering the phone is a basic expectation of customer service, and this branch really needs to improve in that area. The staff are friendly, but the lack of communication is frustrating and lets the overall service down.

Great service all round. We live quite some distance away from Liverpool but were buying an apartment for our son to live in so anticaped that it might be a bit stressful. Amber and Connor were fantastic and most helpful to make the whole experience stress free for us both at the viewing and handover. We were kept fully informed right through the process and they were most helpful in obtaining measurements for us so we could buy our furniture remotely in advance. Highly recommend from us.
