She took time to find out what are my specific needs and worked so hard to find the right tenant for me. Communication with her is always prompt, and she kept me updated every step of the way. GoogleRegularly deal with Entwistle Green on Allerton Road, was passed to their city centre (Dale St) branch to sell an apartment in the city centre. They were top class and everything that an estate agent should be. Gemma called me promptly to arrange a valuation at the property & she managed to obtain a cash offer within the first week of the property being on the market. I was then passed over to Jamie who dealt with everything between solicitors & did his all to get completed as quickly as we could. He regularly kept me updated and was well & truly on the ball 👍 If Only all estate agents could be like this. 5* to the Entwistle Green team - thanks so much 😃

Updates always provided, completion date was before esimtated date (which was what we needed), always someone around to help if any updates required, frequently contacted with updates. Would defintely use this company/branch again, Kristina and the team was brilliant. Thanks again!

GoogleWe sold our flat through Entwistle Green Lancaster office. Roger got us a sale even before we had fully completed the paperwork to sign up. Our sale was far from straight forwards with our solicitor and the buyers solicitor falling out with each other and refusing to talk. If it hadn’t been for Kimberley I don’t think we could have completed the transaction. She was proactive, acted as a liaison between us and the legal people and drove the sale through, I can’t recommend Kim, Christina and Roger highly enough. They deserve a medal for the way they have handled our sale. Thank you

GoogleFrom the start, the team were very active in getting people round to view our house. Photos taken were the professional ones and they were very good. Gave us hints and tips on how to improve the experience for viewers and even let our dog in and out the house when viewings were taking place. Thanks very much

GoogleAs a first time buyer who is new to Lancaster Kristina and the rest of the staff at Entwistle Green were able to give great advice about the area I was looking to buy in and were very helpful and supportive during the actual purchasing process. I found them to be very responsive to emails and phonecalls and Kim was especially good at keeping me up to date with what was going on and explaining what would be happening next. I am now happily in my new house and very happy with the service received from Entwistle Green.

GoogleWe have just bought a house through the Lancaster branch of Entwistle Green. Rodger did the first viewing and we said that if we ever sell our house we want him involved - he was great, very professional and enthusiastic but also honest. As the sale progressed, we also dealt with Kim. She worked really hard to make sure that everything ran smoothly and chased the solicitors regularly. She was excellent at keeping in touch.
