GoogleAfter moving out of my property, I was allocated a property manager (Wendy Thorbinson) who chased up all of the loose ends and helped me to move on in my new home! GoogleThe sales team at dale street are wonderful! Jamie and Gemma especially go above and beyond to help. The entire process of selling your property is stressful, but having them on my side made me feel reassured! They found a buyer within a few weeks; previous agents found none in months. They are honest and forthcoming with the whole process, and are happy to answer all questions asked. I can’t refommend them enough, seem to be the best in Liverpool that I’ve encountered!! GoogleAfter buying a property through Entwistle Green I didn't hesitate in using them for the sale of two other properties soon afterwards. The manager, Gemma, even went out of her way on her final day before holiday to get valuation, photos and listing done within 24 hours of me contacting her. Her team then managed to sell the flat for more than expected the following week. I'd highly recommend them when either buying or selling a property.

GoogleThe 5-star review is specifically for Danielle at Entwistle Green. There have been a number of teething problems with the property I am renting as it is a new-build which is still being finished off. Danielle has been brilliant at responding to requests and complaints and always follows things up with the management company / landlord (who are, unfortunately, not as diligent as she is!!). GoogleThe sales team at Entwistle are absolutely brilliant. They had a great offer secured for me within days. Ayden really put the effort in to get my sale through. He was always easy to contact, kept me updated regularly and chased up the solicitors when we needed to get things moving. Definitely get Gemma the manager to give you a valuation before you get your property on the market. She is super knowledgable and passionate about selling property. Her advice got my flat sold for significantly above what 3 other agents in Liverpool were suggesting as an asking price. Thank you!

From meeting Gemma at the very early stages, she immediately gave me confidence and I felt mutual respect and trust was there, which is very important to me. Throughout the viewings process Ayden and Jamie were both very professional and proactive in giving me feedback from viewings and we’re also responsive to my calls and emails, again something which is very important to me. We have bought property through Entwistle, and they have found us numerous high quality tenants over the years, one which stayed with us about 7 years. We would absolutely recommend Entwistle and had have a great working relationship with them, long may it continue!! Great team, and a real can do approach to everything, always going the extra mile for their customers.
