GoogleI used Entwistle Green to purchase a new property. When I had a bid rejected for one property then contacted me a few days later regarding a new property on the market I might be interested in. I viewed the property the following day and had my bid accepted. The agent I dealt with to compete the purchase, Jamie was very helpful and always available when I needed assistance. I’d recommend them in future for any buyer/seller.

GoogleI recently used Entwistle Green for the sale of a property. The team there were very professional throughout and were always available to answer any questions and to update on the progress of the sale. Jamie in particular went above and beyond in helping to progress the sale as quickly as possible. Having listed the property with other agents, it was Entwistle’s who generated by far the most viewings and were able to find a buyer for me. I would highly recommend.

GoogleWe had a bit of a rocky house purchase but between our solicitors, Entwistle and the sellers themselves everything got pressed and eventually sorted. Jamie made things easy to chase up and we moved in happily the other day. Picking up the keys was easy and hassle free after everything was sorted by the team. My only complaint against the estate agent was a few sky advertisement emails they sent me although I think these were from corporate so won't dock them any stars for this. Overall, I'm very happy with the estate agents and would recommend them highly.

GoogleGemma and her team are amazing. I wasted 2 months with an incompetent Estate Agent trying to sell my home. I then put the property in the very capable hands of Gemma and the team at Entwistle Green, Dale Street. They marketed and sold my propety within 1 week of my instruction. They always kept me updated of progress, and were there for me if I ever had any questions. Fantastic service, excellent value for money.

GoogleMy wife and I purchased an apartment at the Residence in Lancaster, and this was accommodated perfectly by a lovely lady, Kristina Wenlock, in the Lancaster office. She was extremely helpful in all things, and a delight to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble, and she dealt with all paperwork and practicalities perfectly. We are sort of old-fashioned, and expect high standards of customer service, so this lady was an easy 10/10 in that regard. Thank you Kristina!

GoogleFrom start to finish Entwistle Green were nothing but professional, caring and courteous. We liaised with Gemma on both buying and selling a property and she was an absolute breath of fresh air, a real asset to the company. Kept us informed on a regular basis on everything we needed, calmed us down and got us a wonderful sale, way more than we thought we could get. Would definitely recommend using this branch as every time we went in to speak with them, they were so welcoming and we were never rushed out of the door. Google2nd time I 've used Entwistle in the last year. Great service and delivered everything as promised. Especially Gemma from the Dale St branch. This lady didn't rest until the deal was done. Worked very hard throughout. Very proffesional from start to finish. Would definitely recommend. At the end of the day you get what you pay for. Well done Gemma, well done Entwistle!!

This sale due to legal complications went on for 13 months. despite this little hip-cup Gemma and her team were constantly on the ball chasing all parties involved all the time. Every time I called, Gemma always had further information and updates. A big Thank you to Gemma and her great team for a truly epic sale, but it was defiantly worth the wait. Thank you again Gemma
