GoogleCan we express our thanks for the sterling work you have put into making the sale of our cottage happen. It was a long journey with a sprint finish, but we finally have the keys to our new property. At times it was very stressful but your assurance and confidence always shone through. Although not in your remit you helped us immensely with the purchase as well even though that was with a different agent. I think one or two solicitors could learn a lesson in customer service from you ! All the Best

GoogleExcellent and attentive service and a satisfactory outcome I received excellent service from Entwistle Green. On first contact they were prompt in providing an evaluation and in preparing sales information for my property. During the sales process they were attentive and kept me informed on all viewings and feedback. There was courteous and friendly service and sound advice at every stage of the process. Last but not least they achieved a sale at the asking price in what I know were difficult market conditions. I previously had contact with a number of other estate agents in the area. On the basis of that comparison, if you are looking for an estate agent and unsure which to choose I am very happy to recommend this firm.

GoogleThey were nice and proffessional until I paid them. Since I had problems with my landlord and I couldn't contact him, they lied to me about not having any alternative contact information but his adress was stated on my tenancy agreement. Which would never come unless I specifically asked for it. I'll never use their services ever again.

GoogleChose this company to sell our house. Bad decision we wasted a few weeks because the valuer, Ryan, overpriced our house just to get our business!! If he had done his homework, which he patently didn't, he would have found that the valuation he gave is not achievable in a property like ours in Nether Kellet. We have moved to Farrell Heywood. It's as it has always been, Estate Agents suck!

GoogleWould give zero stars if I could. Would never ever deal with these lot again. No professionalism, the way we were treated was embarrassing. Not a single person cares or bothers to sort anything out. All they care about is getting money. It's a joke!

GoogleThere is no doubt that buying and selling houses is an exceptionally stressful experience! And our recent purchase was a nightmare; it was complicated and it was protracted. Any company can do well when dealing with simple transactions. The measure of a good company is the way in which they manage difficult situations. Kristina Wenlock surpassed all expectations in her management of our recent purchase. She kept us informed at all times and made the process possible; her enthusiasm for the sale was the same at the end as it was at the beginning. There was never a time when we felt uninformed and throughout the process, Kristina behaved with absolute professionalism. Thank you! We are in our new home thanks to you Kristina. When we had lost the 'will to live' you kept the process on track!

GoogleBad..so so bad...had issues from start to finish with them. To put it simply customer service is not important to them. Don't seem like they care at all, ringing up to no answer ..leaving messages no call backs..if I ever did get through get passed from pillow to post no one cares! Louise is so unprofessional. Glad to be rid of them finally. Countrywide are even worse

GoogleI highly recommend these guys, my partner and I were really unsure and in the new, very early stages of choosing a property, and Kim made us feel not only important but very comfortable, answering all our questions (even now!) we cannot speak highly enough of her and then as an estate agent.

GoogleI found the whole lettings procedure extremely thorough, efficient and very quick. Kim, the Lettings Negotiator, was very well informed at the viewing and made sure that we knew exactly what was involved in the procedure. I particularly like the online referencing tool

GoogleAbsolutely terrible as letting agents. My family has spent over 14 WEEKS without a working toilet, to be faced with dismissive staff in repairs via FixFlo and a property manager who has a clear lack of interest in resolving any issues and fails to respond, despite repeated contact from myself to raise concerns. Meanwhile, I have to pay my rent, on time, in full, or they'll take action against me! Currently going down the formal complaints route with the branch with a view to get my rent back & I am also in contact with the council / environmental health to arrange further action I'm making my complaint more public to see if that will get my toilet fixed (although I doubt it) and so others are aware before letting a property with Entwhistle Green Lancaster.

GoogleI approached the Lancaster branch to sell my mother's house and within minutes of it going online we had 3 requests for views, one of which has resulted in a sale. I was so impressed by the approachability and friendliness shown by all the staff but in particular Kim Howarth.She has kept me up to speed on everything as soon as it happened and her professionalism is to be commended. I would definately use Entwistle Green again in the future.

GoogleWe met Kristina over a year ago ... we messed her around, we were messed around (by potential sellers) ... she stayed calm and professional throughout the process. Kristina is a rarity in her profession - she LISTENS!! When the appropriate property came on the market, she contacted us immediately, and arranged the perfect viewing. Due to her fastidious preparation and excellent presentation skills, we had bought the property before we walked though the front door! Helping throughout the legal processes, with moving companies, delivery times ... you name it, Kristina was always there to provide help and advice.
