GoogleGreat to find an agent who genuinely listened to my needs. Friendly, smiling and yet totally professional. Went that extra mile to meet my requirements for a dual use property from which I could work and live in the City Centre. Great communications from the whole team, every member appeared to know exactly where we where up to throughout the whole process so no hanging around on hold. GoogleAfter being locked out of my apartment for less than 10 minutes, Nicolette Ford together with the Site manager, went above and beyond to ensure that we were back in our flat as quickly as possible. Nicolette was a credit to Entwistle Green as she personally sourced a locksmith and ensured we were both comfortable and safe. Thank you!

GoogleAs a company Entwistle Green have been exemplary in their dealings - I have been continually impressed by their commitment to customers/tenants/prospective tenants. I predominantly dealt with Olivia Taylor who was absolutely fantastic. She was always very professional and knowledgeable, which helped me through the application process; while maintaining an understanding and personable manner which made my letting experience as pleasurable and exciting as possible. GoogleVery helpful knowledgeable agents, felt really well looked after, with loads of good advice. They were very patient as the sale was delayed by Covid-19 and our buyer's delay in getting finance together, but still remained very supported throughout.

GoogleI had some bad luck when purchasing a different property through an agent in Liverpool and after 7 months of proceeding with a sale, I had to pull out (for various reasons) and start my search again. I registered with Entwistle Green (11 Dale Street branch) and instantly felt that they were determined to find me a property, after explaining my difficulties on the last attempt. Ayden and Gemma kept me informed with any new properties coming onto the market and we eventually found one that suited my needs. From start to finish, the service from Entwistle Green was very impressive. I had no issues and although the sale took longer to go through than expected, due to COVID-19, they assured me that once restrictions were lifted, they would push forward for completion. Overall 5* service from Entwistle Green and I thoroughly enjoyed working with them! Due to their professionalism, I decided to pass the purchased property to their lettings team and Leah has also done a fantastic job with that. GoogleI recently sold a city centre apartment through Entwistle Green managed by Gemma Randall. The service I received was excellent and the apartment was sold within 1 week of going to market, unfortunately the sale fell through after a number of months when the buyer backed out. However, Gemma sold the property again within 2 weeks of it going back to market and for the full asking price! I can recommend Entwistle Green and their team (Gemma and Ayden in my case) to provide a professional and efficient service and I would certainly use them again.

He communicated with me the whole way through and went above and beyond for me even with buying in the middle of Covid. GoogleI worked mostly with Gemma Randall who was a consummate professional throughout. Selling a property, particularly in such strange times, was a very stressful matter but she was calm and reassuring at every stage. She would always respond to queries as the earliest opportunity. If you need an estate agent then I strongly recommend Entwistle Green of Dale Street, Liverpool. If you get Gemma as your agent then you are in good hands.
