from start to finish the team were very friendly and welcoming and always at hand to help,. everything went so smoothly from the viewing to collectimg the keys. they took the stress out of everything anf were always there with reassurance if i had questions. I cannot recommend highly enough Entwistle Green. Nicky and Leah have been so professional. Two weeks after putting our flat on the market, we've had 3 people interested. Two weeks later we had a tenancy contract signed and a lovely couple moving in. Bravo!

The sale took 5 months to go through, it was very stressful with solicitors on many occasions but Kim was patient getting the updates we needed and was very approachable throughout. Thank you so much!

Anyone who has had to buy or rent a property will know the reputation estate agents have. My past experiences where not good either However I can honestly say how impressed I was with the service at E.G. It was the simple no nonsense approach and the professionalism that made my house sale painless. The processional photographer was a great boost to selling as he showed my house in its best light. I could believe my house was sold within 24 hours and no drama or widow shoppers either! Thanks to Gemma, Dan and the team!

Please be careful of dealing with this agency, most of their work is scam. I have suffered of being changed many things that they were responsible of and they did not admit it. If you have to deal with them for a property, try to take pictures of every single thing before you rent or buy from them and check carefully. Do not sign any paper coming from them without reading it very carefully amd consulting a lawyer.

Gemma and Ayden at Entwistle Green where absolutely superb with the purchase of my property in Liverpool, they made this process very easy for me allowing me to focus on other things, very informative and polite. Bought my first property with help from both Gemma and Ayden - both were fantastic. Gemma showed me around the property I eventually bought with so much enthusiasm and knowledge; she really made the process exciting. She was also incredibly supportive throughout the offer/acceptance process and talked me through everything (I was a very nervy first-time-buyer and she made feel completely at ease). She also recommended a great solicitors' firm for the purchase, which I was also grateful for. Buying during a pandemic certainly wasn't as stressful as I thought it would be with help from Entwistle Green Dale Street!
