GoogleFantastic service, can’t praise Gemma and her team more highly. They Keep you posted on everything from calls, texts to emails on everything important! Highly recommend and our go to agents 5* Update 27/5/21 Fantastic service AGAIN from Gemma, Ayden and Daniel. We have used the Liverpool city branch over a few years now and can honestly say that we wouldn’t use any other agents as the level of service is second to none! Nothing is too much trouble for the team and Gemma pushes everything through to a smooth competition. Full 5 ⭐️ And would recommend anyone looking to sell, buy or list a rental property.

GoogleMade us drive 2 hours from birmingham to Liverpool to show us a house that someone else had out a deposit down on. Just cause they couldn't be asked telling us that there's no point. The agent showing us the house was literally wrapping up and told us to look around and kept pushing other houses and other options for us to consider. Once we called them up with interest 5 minutes after the viewing, they then told us that the lady at the desk then informed us that the property was unavailable since that morning.

GoogleMy experience with this company has been an terrible experience. The apartment i am renting for my daughter was filthy dirty with all the old waste from the previous tenant still there when we arrived to move in Public hair in the bathroom, food on the side it took my wife and daughter all weekend to clean up. Since this instance I have been virtually ignored by the staff at the office. Please avoid at all costs.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality

GoogleWe chose entwistle green aa we we're impressed with the package they offered. We were also impressed with their knowledge of the market and how they presented properties. They were true to their word and had the property on the market within days with professional photos. They had sold within a week and we completed sale within 3 months. The excellent customer care we received, prompt response, and 'no problem too small' attitude, in my professional opinion makes this branch outstanding. Moving, at any age, especially when it is your first-time can be a daunting experience. Our negotiator, Leah Winstanley provided outstanding -advice, guidance and support throughout the whole process. As a professional in residential, and supported settings within the health and social care sector for the Northwest, recognise best practice, and duty of care, from the first conversation by telephone, and first sentence of an email. Both, reflected warmth, and support which immediately puts the client at ease. The 1:1 contact between agent and customer is one to be proud of enabling a streamlined, professional, and proficient approach between agent and client without lengthy response times, which can, at times, cause undue stress when waiting for answers.
