GoogleI have had a number of issues with Entwistle Green on the whole. I have to give credit where it is due however Jordan Geyser is an absolute asset to Entwistle Green. He is responsive, and thinks outside of his own silo and really helped me by connecting with the team who are dealing with the external maintenance (or there lack of) and the impact this on my own building. He has been fantastic and I couldn't recommend him enough

GoogleDear Felicity and Emma, We would just like to say a huge thank you for getting us accros the line with our recent purchase. You remained calm and professional when everyone around you was screaming and pulling their hair out, wether it was chasing solicitors or management companies throughout the near 12 month conveyance you managed to talk us through where we were up to and what you would be doing about it ! To anyone who reads this please ask these lovely ladies about which solicitors to use! We wish we had!!!

GoogleI went for mortgage advice with Chris, with no real hope of getting anywhere in the current climate but Chris was fantastic. I cannot express how supportive he was throughout the whole process, always available to help explain what was happening throughout the whole remortgage procedure. A big thanks goes out to him with my highest recommendation.

GoogleIm giving a bad review here because entwisle green NEVER answer their phones. It really is such lazy customer service where they expect everyone to send them an email. Answer your phone!

GoogleKudos to Felicity and Kim who were both very communicative and helpful towards the end of a long and drawn out house purchase (from our side spanning over a year). Kim also very helpful on completion day when funds transferred down to the wire but kept in communication with seller and solicitor whilst we were sat in the office waiting for the keys. Nice welcome pack on arrival at the house too.

GoogleMyself and my partner are trying to find property to rent. Our communication with Entwistle Green was unpleasant when we were just trying to find out more information about a property. We were told that the property had been reserved (fair enough) and that we could sign up to be on their waiting list. So we told them our details, but when they found out that we are currently students they completely dismissed us, saying that they "generally don't let to students" even though we had quite clearly already explained that we were looking to rent after graduation and would be in full time work. The man on the phone did not listen and ended the conversation after offering no help or advice to us. After deciding to try phoning back to further explain that we could provide details of a guarantor to support our application, the same person answered the phone but could apparently not remember us or the conversation we had just had, even though it was only about 3 minutes later that we called back. He informed us that "it's all well and good saying you have a guarantor, but relationships fall apart". Entwistle Green made what is already a very stressful process even more so with their dismissive attitude towards us, offering no help for us trying to rent a property and disregarding our legitimate means to pay rent. After this dealing, I was grateful to not have let a property with them.

GoogleThe team at Entwistle Green found me a new tenant for my property and demonstrated great professionalism and minimum fuss throughout. Leanne in particular did a great job managing every aspect which included liaising with my existing tenants, arranging and carrying out viewings, overseeing some maintenance, and all of the paperwork. I was kept informed every step of the way, and the burden of it all was completely taken away. The team here are willing to go above and beyond - would highly recommend!
