GoogleWe had a bit of a complicated purchase but couldn't be happier with the communication and all the help from everyone at Entwistle Green from start to finish. GoogleI arranged an apartment viewing with Entwistle Green. They issued automated reminder texts about the appointment. I arrived on time and they never turned up! When I called to ask what was going on, it wasn't good customer service at all - needed to check something and cut off the call. They then called me back to say the viewing was cancelled as they couldn't find the keys. Overall a bad experience and a complete waste of time.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Katie who not just showed me round the property I had requested but also another one on the same Road to give me Food for thought. She was friendly and polite and made the process seamless. Excellent communication throughout would definetly recommend this agent

GoogleI have had a number of issues with Entwistle Green on the whole. I have to give credit where it is due however Jordan Geyser is an absolute asset to Entwistle Green. He is responsive, and thinks outside of his own silo and really helped me by connecting with the team who are dealing with the external maintenance (or there lack of) and the impact this on my own building. He has been fantastic and I couldn't recommend him enough

GoogleI want to leave this review, because it’s the truth. This company has been nothing but helpful supportive and when they say they’re doing something they do it. One of the ladies codie Above and beyond, to make sure I got in my property on time as this would’ve costed me a lot of money in hotels The houses they show me around, they was honest and truthful to what would be good for me I cannot fault this company and they cannot help me enough

GoogleWe were extremely impressed by how Entwistle Green managed the sale of our house. The staff worked together as a real team in dealing with all the issues raised by the sale. Kim, Joshua and Felicity fielfed concerns in a prompt and effective manner. Moreover, Emma ensured that the marketing of the property was very successful and Jan handled viewings with aplomb. We highly recommend them to other sellers!
