GoogleWe rented a property with help from Cody and Rosie. Everything was undertaken quickly but with care and with a friendly touch. We didn't have to do much at all! A small issue after moving in was dealt with similarly effectively by Cody. We haven't rented much in recent years so we needed guiding through the process which, I can't imagine, could have been made any easier.

GoogleI was moving home and looking to rent my current property, my first time in the letting business, Rosie's explanations and support was amazing and encouraging. Cody is a competent and lovely lady, my tenants wanted to move in quickly , Cody sorted the processes out quickly and got them moving in at their desired date . The letting team(Cody, Rosie , Michael) were very professional from the point of arranging viewings , communication and getting my tenant in . I used them as my sole agent . I would recommend . Well done Entwistle Green team for making my dream come true.

GoogleI recently rented a property through Entwistle Green and would 100% recommend them to anyone considering renting in Liverpool. Ellie was in charge of my let and she was very friendly and professional. Overall, she made the entire process very easy and stress-free for me; especially given that I was an unusual case, as I needed to leave my old property quite urgently. EG made every accommodation they could and Ellie got the process started and sorted very quickly. Communication was excellent and I feel very confident going forward with them!

GoogleI arranged an apartment viewing with Entwistle Green. They issued automated reminder texts about the appointment. I arrived on time and they never turned up! When I called to ask what was going on, it wasn't good customer service at all - needed to check something and cut off the call. They then called me back to say the viewing was cancelled as they couldn't find the keys. Overall a bad experience and a complete waste of time.

GoogleI have had a number of issues with Entwistle Green on the whole. I have to give credit where it is due however Jordan Geyser is an absolute asset to Entwistle Green. He is responsive, and thinks outside of his own silo and really helped me by connecting with the team who are dealing with the external maintenance (or there lack of) and the impact this on my own building. He has been fantastic and I couldn't recommend him enough

GoogleI want to leave this review, because it’s the truth. This company has been nothing but helpful supportive and when they say they’re doing something they do it. One of the ladies codie Above and beyond, to make sure I got in my property on time as this would’ve costed me a lot of money in hotels The houses they show me around, they was honest and truthful to what would be good for me I cannot fault this company and they cannot help me enough
