GoogleWe worked with Jennifer on the purchase of our home in SW19, and we genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Buying a home can be stressful, but Jennifer’s calm, steady and reassuring approach made a huge difference to us. From our first viewing all the way through to exchange and completion, she was consistently responsive, transparent and proactive. Whenever there were survey questions or follow-ups between sellers and us, she kept things moving and made sure communication didn’t stall. We always felt informed and supported. What really stood out was how approachable and honest she was. There was never any pressure, just clear guidance and a genuine willingness to help both sides reach a fair outcome. It felt like she truly cared about getting the transaction over the line smoothly! We’re so happy in our new home and very grateful to Jennifer for helping make it happen. We would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone buying or selling locally!

GoogleI highly recommend Ellisons in Morden. I chose them to sell my flat because Aidan promptly responded to my email and phone calls. Once the negotiation concluded and the offer was accepted, I worked closely with Lamar, who provided excellent support. Lamar was incredibly responsive to emails and calls and always had Jennifer as backup when he was out of the office. She too provided great support in his absence. They prioritise efficiency and won’t let anything slow things down. Their promises to call back are always kept and their emails are always answered promptly. They were honest and transparent throughout the process and I’ll definitely use them again if I ever need to sell a property. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

GoogleThe Wimbledon office were brilliant with our search. Although we didn’t buy from them in the end, they were the agents that stuck out the most when doing viewings..even giving us a lesson on the history of why the areas were called Ministers and Battles - thank you Aidan and Amanda! If I was a seller I would strongly recommend them, it was just a shame that they weren’t the agents for our purchase that took months to complete.

GoogleWell, where to begin? My wife and I having suffered a torrid 2 years dealing with inept, unprofessional, and sadly underhand estate agents, came across Callum Griffin at Ellisons, Wimbledon. In doing so, our hopes and expectations were miraculously restored, with Callum providing the most diligent and professional service for which we could have ever hoped. From our first engagement, Callum and the staff at Ellisons were empathetic to our prior experiences and set out to smooth the way for what ended up being a personal service, and not just a run-of-the-mill transaction. Callum ensured that all steps were clearly explained and that communication with all parties was accurate, diplomatic, and professional every step of the way; most importantly when dealing with 3rd parties that were, shall we say, challenging at the best of times. Nothing felt like it was too much trouble, particularly when curve balls arose that required swift resolution. Callum went out of his way to ensure that things were kept on track to the best of his ability, of which we are so very grateful. We cannot vouch highly enough for Callum and the service that Ellisons delivered, and this review is not given lightly or in an insincere manner. We will truly be forever indebted to their sheer workmanship in what can be, at times, a treacherous minefield of administering real estate. Thank you for all that you did in getting us across the line. 🤗

GoogleAlthough I used a different agency for my sale, I didn’t see Ellisons….but I wish I had. I had a few issues and despite not selling with them, what a great team, warm friendly and supportive . Aidan and he’s team are first class. They really supported me without any expectations back. If you’re selling or buying make Ellisons your first choice. I wish I had gone with them . GoogleHad a great service with the Manager Aidan to sell our home. Callum and Amanda carried out our viewings and always gave feedback immediately - lovely to speak to! We were abroad during the sale and Aidan was a fantastic help in ensuring the sale went through in a few months. No matter what time of the day he made himself available to speak and guide us through each step. Probably the best experience I have ever had with an individual estate agent.

GoogleI was very satisfied with the service I received at Ellisons. The staff were always friendly and helpful, whether I turned up on my sister's bike or emailed/phoned from home in Cardiff. (We were selling my sister's flat in S Wimbledon.) There were glitches in the process but none of them Ellisons' fault. On a couple of occasions, I felt they went the extra mile for us. They were patient, always positive and we got there in the end.

GoogleThe process of selling my parents' property via Power of Attorney, at a distance of ninety miles from where I live, was made easy by the continual support of Rowan Tickner at Ellisons, Raynes Park. We only ever met once, at the start of the process, and everything else was competently carried out by email. The property was sold STC in only three days but the whole process took six months. Rowan was there every step of the way and took a huge burden of worry from my shoulders. The house was unoccupied and he organised weekly checks to satisfy insurance requirements. He gave me the name of a reliable house clearance firm and liaised with them on the 'emptying' day. He even got me meter readings on the day completion happened. I recommend him to anyone considering selling and/or buying a house. Thank you so much, Rowan.

GoogleWe worked closely with Carlos at Ellisons over an extended period (3 years) whilst we went through the process of buying our next home. The market was challenging as there wasn’t much listed for us to buy - hence the long period - but each time we found something suitable Carlos was able to secure us a good quality and proceed-able buyer for our home in a single weekend with only a few day’s notice! Carlos was equally supportive during the conveyancing process and was proactive in chasing our chain throughout. I couldn’t fault the service we got from Ellisons, and in particular Carlos. GoogleWe have now used Carlos at Ellisons Estate Agents twice, once for a sale and once for a purchase, and he has been exceptional on both occasions. Carlos is extremely helpful, diligent, and proactive throughout the whole process. He is always quick to reply, explains things clearly, and consistently goes above and beyond. His negotiating skills are excellent, and he genuinely works hard to get the best outcome. He even replied to us on his days off, which tells you everything about the level of service he provides. We could not recommend Carlos highly enough. If you are selling or buying, you want him on your side.
