Robert Siwinski was really supportive through the process, from house viewing, through offers, responding to our queries very quickly, making the process going smoothly and successful. GoogleEllisons have gone above and beyond as an estate agents. They have always been quick and helpful with any inquiries we've had over the years. Most recently, we had managed to get locked out of our house. Ellisons were over to ours within the hour to get us back in. I'd particularly like to thank Lisa who, under the current circumstances, went out of her way to make sure we were safely back in the property in no time at all.

GoogleI recently bought my first house through Ellisons right at the time we were about to be put into lockdown. The great communication from the team there made the process as smooth as possible and definitely minimised the stress at an extremely stressful time. They were on hand for any enquiries and to keep the process moving at all times and went above and beyond to make sure that key handover happened safely for all parties. Ellisons are estate agents and ultimately salespeople. However that is their job and I wouldn’t hesitate to sell through them and/or buy again as the service throughout the process is excellent.PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleRob came to us through a family connection and we can happily say he was brilliant throughout the whole process of us buying our first home! GoogleWe initially bought our house through Ellisons and had such a positive experience that we decided to return to them years later when it came to selling our property. A particular mention to Sam who we can't recommend highly enough and despite tough market conditions he was tenacious, polite, honest and great with communication which I am not sure you can say about most estate agents. He made a stressful process that much more enjoyable and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying or selling in the future

GoogleEllisons Sales team have helped both me and my wife sell several properties over a 20 year period in the SW19 area. They have always been extremely freindly, personable and proffesional. They have definatley helped take the stress out of the biggest financial decisions that we have made. They are able to use their experience to balance the legal formality of dealing with a house sale with creative thinking to move the process forward when the inevitable kinks in the process present themselves. The last sale was very difficult as it took place just as the country began to lock down. The initial buyer pulled out as they could not sell their property in the chain. When the lock down occured, Ellisons were back up and running within 48 hours with reassurances that we would try and press ahead. Andrew from Ellisons, now working from home, came back with some potential buyers. As they were unable to show properties we agreed a workaround and I let the buyers in to view the vacant property myself. When the solicitors started to argue (as they always do!) Andrew worked overtime to ensure that both I, as seller, and the buyers were kept in the loop. Everyone was under a great deal of stress but Andrew and the other members of the sales team always kept their good humour, always gave good and clear advice and always remained completely professional. They made a difficult situation bearable.

Both times the chain collapsed and had to be rebuilt- Ellisons were fantastic at guiding us through the process, helping to rebuild the chains and making sure that everything ran smoothly in the end.
