GoogleSelling a property is quite stressful, but Ed Dempsey & Associates made the experience completely stress free and even enjoyable. From our first introduction, Ed Dempsey was very confident he could achieve the sale I wished to achieve. He is extremely professional and competent and has a knowledge of the property market that is superior to anything I have seen before. GoogleEd was the agent for a house we recently bought. He was highly professional and ensured the process moved quickly and smoothly. I believe his approach to managing property sales makes the experience easier for both sellers and buyers. For example, to place a bid, one needs to log in and provide proof of funds, which reduces unnecessary noise. After 3, 4 viewings, we moved to the final bidding process, which had a clear deadline. This was much more efficient compared to other agents I’ve encountered, who often drag the final bidding process out for 2, 4 weeks. Ed also skillfully handled hiccups between the seller and us, ensuring a resolution that benefited everyone involved. I highly recommend Ed and his real estate agency.

FacebookWe are about to close a sale with Ed Dempsey & Associates and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Barry from Ed Dempsey & Associates was very accommodating, attentive and always available to drive the sale forward and answer any queries we had. We have being looking for a house to buy for 2 years now so have dealt with our fair share of sales agents and can genuinely say that Barry was the best agent we have dealt with throughout the process. We never felt like ‘just a number’ - Barry was facilitating, could always be contacted and there was no ‘messing around’ - he was straight to the point and very trustworthy. Barry pushed for a quick sale and was a great point of contact between us and the sellers. I know there are larger more established sale agents (we have dealt with a number of them!) but the level of communication and trustworthiness from a bespoke agent like Ed Dempsey & Associates is second to none. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone looking to sell or buy. Top class service.
