We are about to close a sale with Ed Dempsey & Associates and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Barry from Ed Dempsey & Associates was very accommodating, attentive and always available to drive the sale forward and answer any queries we had. We have being looking for a house to buy for 2 years now so have dealt with our fair share of sales agents and can genuinely say that Barry was the best agent we have dealt with throughout the process. We never felt like ‘just a number’ - Barry was facilitating, could always be contacted and there was no ‘messing around’ - he was straight to the point and very trustworthy. Barry pushed for a quick sale and was a great point of contact between us and the sellers. I know there are larger more established sale agents (we have dealt with a number of them!) but the level of communication and trustworthiness from a bespoke agent like Ed Dempsey & Associates is second to none.
