GoogleHighly recommended ! Rebecca Baron runs a tight ship at Duckworths and expertly manages a great team . Everything was dealt with promptly, professionally and still in a friendly manner . James and Debra (Sales and valuations)were both fantastic too. This was by far the best experience I had whilst selling a property and I wouldn't hesitate to use again .

GoogleWe're so glad the property we found was with Duckworths! Rebecca and the team there has been responsive, proactive and great to work with in our property search. We were originally going to with a mortgage advisor and solicitors that a family friend recommended however after a lack of speed in confirming the solicitors, Duckworths recommended another firm who have been great to work with. They are communicative, professional and have kept us in the loop at each stage of the purchasing process. After numerous delays over a 4 week period with the advisor we were working with, Duckworths again offered assistance in recommending an alternative advisor. The alternative advisor got our mortgage approved and moving ahead within the week. At no point did Duckworths pressure any decision making and they felt as though they were there to support both the seller and the buyer. We've had a great experience working with them and would recommend them to anyone in the property market.

GoogleWe were interested in a bungalow in Burnley in February of 2024 and reached out to the agent which was duckworths who arranged an initial viewing keeping communications timely and enough detail. As time moved on we were able to make an offer and that having been accepted we moved to solicitors and the full purchase process. At all times the estate agents keep us focused and on track culminating in the completion and purchase of our new home. Even after the moving day Jason checked in and was keen to know how we were settling in. All in all a good experience only tested by the world wide Outage of chaps which was out of our control. The property is fantastic all that remain is to unpack fully and settle in.

GoogleI cannot thank the team at Duckworths enough. Leanne has worked tirelessly to market our property and secure viewings and kept us up to date with everything along the way. Ours was not an easy property to sell but we were inundated with viewings and managed to secure a sale. As with many people, we had the sale fall through but Leanne was straight back on it and worked closely with the owner of the property we wanted to ensure this could go still go ahead. Thankfully the sale progressed again and to say that Leanne pulled out all the stops to get the sale through quickly, is an understatement! Leanne went above and beyond, was committed throughout, and got supported us through what can be a stressful process. I would recommend Duckworths to anyone and feel that Leanne was genuinely invested in selling our home and getting us into our dream home.
