GoogleMassively unprofessional 😠Made arrangements to view a property in great harwood. We took time of work and they just didn't turn up. No phone call, text or email. If they did not want to do 5pm why say they would be there at 5pm? We will be black listing them!

GoogleJust bought a house in Briercliffe from Duckworths. Leanne who’s is the branch manager was absolutely amazing!! We didn’t sell through Duckworths but in Hindsight I wish we did! Leanne showed us round the property a few times before we agreed the purchase price and even though we weren’t her Clients she gave us her personal phone number and kept updating us and chasing things up on our side of things regarding our buyer which should have been done by our estate agent who we were selling with. Leanne went above and Beyond even ringing us up on weekends to update us with things. We had a nightmare with selling our house and if we ever get over the ordeal of it all and decide to sell again in the future I know who I’ll be going to 100%. Already recommended Duckworths to friends and family.

GoogleDuckworths have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish when selling our Dad's house. There are lots of positives, but the highlights have to be the communication which has been great, the kind and supportive nature of the estate agents (especially Debra and Rebecca), the dedication to secure a sale and to ensure that we achieved the best outcome for us. We would highly recommend Duckworths and would definitely use their services again in the future. 5 stars!

GoogleVery poor communication from Duckworths. I was contacted to say the vendor would be happy to agree an amount, which I was happy to proceed with. The following day I was pushed to increase my offer, to which I responded, we agreed the price yesterday. I then received no communication from Andrew only an email which went into my spam folder to say my offer had been declined. Bad business and a waste of everyone’s time involved. Joe was great at carrying out the viewings, very personable and knowledgeable of the local area including valuations/comparable properties.

GoogleLeanne and the team at duckworths went above and beyond with the sale of our property. We had a few agents provide us with a valuation however after speaking to duckworths there was no question who we were going to choose and I’m glad we chose them! Would use duckworths every time in the future

Not only does she achieve a quick sell but then ensures client satisfaction throughout, communicating progress on a weeky basis. Leanne was especially helpful when we hit a snag with the conveyancing on our purchase. She quickly took control, escalated the issue and unblocked the process.

GoogleFrom the moment I spoke to Lorna I knew she would find me a property. The service was exceptional. First property fell through but Lorna was straight on it suggesting more properties. She kept me upto date. All in all a great service. Beth was also amazing when I had dealings with her. Both great ambassadors for the company.
