GoogleDuckworths Leanne is a really professional manager,I'm a buyer from China. My family and I don't speak English very well, and we weren't very familiar with the UK property purchase process. But after meeting Leanne, all this became a breeze. She was able to help us resolve any issues we couldn't. We've now successfully moved into our new home and are starting a new life. I'm truly grateful for her patience and help.

GoogleIF ESTATE AGENTS WHERE REGULATED THESE GUYS WOULD BE STRUCK OFF. We put our house up for sale with Duckworths only on the basis that a house we had seen with Duckworths was ours as we had placed an offer. Debbie who came out to our house to value it sat on our sofa and called Ben at the office and advised to get a hold on any further viewings on the property that we wanted, and that the house was ours. We then got contacted by a neighbour who advised they was aware we was selling and that their relative was interested, which then quickly move into us accepting an offer from them. We advised Duckworths we had sold privately and was ready to instruct solicitors on our purchase of the house we wanted that we had been led to believe was ours and the vendor was happy with our offer. Then out of the blue the house had been sold to someone and we couldn't have it. I'm not so sure this would have been the case if we had not sold our house privately. We advised them we had only putting our house up for sale on the basis the house we wanted was ours and they knew this. We are now left with having to find somewhere to live as we agreed sale of our house to a family that are waiting to complete the purchase. As I say the miss selling and tactics used here would have them struck off if they operated under a regulator, lucky that they get to make it up as they go along.

GoogleAn absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Debra was the ultimate professional; she was honest and open throughout, keeping us informed at every step. Both Debra and Rebecca were quick to respond to any queries and nothing seemed too much of an issue, despite me being really fussy! Their guidance, advice and support made the whole process less stressful and more seamless. They helped with making and receiving offers, and ensured all of our options were discussed and understood. I would highly recommend Duckworths; whether you’re near to them or not, their service is second to none. Thank you!

GoogleI am a little late posting this review as we moved house, started renovating the day after we moved in and also had a baby! so I do apologise. I would like to say a huge thank you to all the team at the Burnley branch, especially Leeanne Taylor. Throughout the whole process Leeanne was amazing! Her attention to detail and knowledge of the industry was outstanding. Leeanne helped through what was meant to be a stressful process and just made everything a breeze. I will, without a doubt, use Duckworths in the future. Once again, thank you for everything!

GooglePurchased a property with Duckworths’s Darwen branch in February and cannot recommend them enough. Rebecca helped every step of the way with our purchase and was lovely to deal with. Also shout out to Debra.. she was an absolute star. We also used their in house mortgage advisor, Ian from mortgages by mcateer, and they was brilliant and took all the stress away and organised all our mortgage. Thanks again for all your help! 🥰

GoogleI recently purchased a house via Duckworths estate agents , the sale was complexed and time consuming but Rebecca and Debra at Duckworths were exceptional, friendly , efficient and customer service second to none, from agreeing the sale to the completion both ladies kept me up to date , they also chased stages with both solicitors, and liaised information with the vendor to ensure a speedy chain of information. Moving is always stressful but Duckworths offer the company van for free (just insurance for the time needed) , This was invaluable and I managed to move all the items from three different locations over the weekend. Can't rate them enough, it's been a long journey but Rebecca and Debra ( shout out for Harry relaying the messages) really helped take the stress of moving ,

GoogleVery poor. Arranged block bookings in work time , my daughter tried to ask for a viewing after 4pm and they refused. Shocking that people can't view outside of their working hours as they can't always get time off work

The market is incredibly busy and we want to allow as many people the opportunity to view our quality properties as possible, rather than on a first come first served basis. We also go above and beyond after working hours to accommodate people who can't view during the day, sometime these slots are filled way in advance or our team members may have personal commitments those particular days. GoogleI am not a first time buyer and If it wasn't for Duckworth it would have been a very difficult process. I can not praise the two negotiating agents enough (Debbie and James) for their enthusiasm and effort in selling my property and my purchase was also through Duckworth. I also want to give Rebecca a massive thank you for her knowledge, knowhow and positivity to help push through the completions on both sells and purchase.
