GoogleI honestly can’t recommend this estate agent highly enough. From start to finish, the whole process was handled with professionalism, honesty, and great communication. They were always responsive, proactive, and genuinely had my best interests at heart, nothing ever felt rushed or like I was “just another client.”
Any questions or concerns I had were dealt with quickly and clearly, and they went above and beyond to make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. GoogleI had a brilliant experience with Duckworths as a first time buyer. From the moment I enquired about a viewing both Rebecca and Lyla were really helpful. They kept me up to date on things from the seller's side, communicated with my solicitor when necessary and were very proactive in their approach to make sure I completed before Christmas. Lyla was wonderful at my viewings and was very accommodating as I needed to have two additional viewings and she was always happy to help. Both she and Rebecca were very kind to a nervous first time buyer. I would absolutely go through Duckworths again.
