GoogleI had a really positive experience with Duckworths Estate Agents. I went into the office to discuss selling my apartment and, within the hour, they were round at the property talking through the options with me. As a landlord living around 90 minutes away, I wanted the process to be simple and well managed, and they handled everything smoothly from start to finish. They gave good, practical advice on how to present and sell the property better. When it came to the selling price, they challenged my thinking in a helpful way, but never made me feel like they were just saying no or pushing me in one direction. The sale went through fine and I was happy with the service throughout. I’d be happy to recommend them.

GoogleDuckworths recently marketed my late Uncle's property in the Accrington area and successfully sold it at an acceptable price. Rebecca and her team in particular Dominic were very patient, professional with their guidance on the marketing strategy and outcome, given I was not from the area. They kept me updated regularly and from offer to completion the process took 3 weeks and was smoothless. Many thanks to you all, wishing you well, I would strongly recommend your services.

GoogleI couldn’t recommend Duckworths more, especially Dom who helped me through the process of buying my first home. He answered every enquiry I had no matter how big or small usually same day, and was also eager to work around my demanding shift pattern which meant I wasn’t always available when he rang. If I decide to sell this house in the future, Duckworths is who I will be using

GoogleI can highly recommend Duckworths. After the frustration of three failed sales with a previous agent, I was feeling quite disheartened, so it was a breath of fresh air to work with this team. A special mention to Ben, who was fantastic throughout. I truly felt that he and the team were acting in my best interests at every stage, and I’m incredibly grateful for their support in finally getting the house sold.

GoogleLast year my partner and I viewed and put an offer on a house through Duckworths. We had to pull out as we found out the estate agent lied about several things.

GoogleDuckworths kindly dealt with my house sale. Whether it was James, Rebecca or Lyla, they were all capable of dealing with enquiries and actions. Which is reassuring to know that their systems and processes are capable of this. I certainly never felt passed over. They provided good advice on pricing, how best to deal with offers and seamlessly dealt with mutiple viewings. During the course of the sale Duckworths, provided regular updates by both phone and email. Commenting on interest, No of enquiries, views on line, whilst also providing feedback post viewing. They are also good value for money. I used their recommended solicitors, too, who were also efficient and good value. I would certainly recommend their services. Many thanks Duckworths
