Down to earth. No airs and graces. Say it like it is. I've not sold my hoise as yet but that's no fault of theirs, I'm not ready to let people into my property to see it as yet They tell me they have 7 or 8 people interested and that's without any photos They seem to have done a lot of work already. They only came out to see the place once... They will do for me. I will be ready. To let them take photos soon. Highly recommend them from my experience so far and what I've seen and been told about other sales.

Mixed feelings about my experience when I sold my house. Initially very good service, valuation was very upbeat and advert went up quick and efficiently. Appointment system for viewings just didn't work. I had people turning up saying they had appointments but Duckworths didn't know? Then I secured a buyer via Facebook and once that happened, I stopped getting updates. I had to do the leg run myself when I shouldn't have. No explanation just an apology at the end when I complained about this. Would I instruct them again? No...
