GoogleI recently bought and sold with duckworths and the experience was pleasant. I didn't need to worry about anything, everything was taken care of by Amy with the viewings of my property and the one I was buying and Michelle who negotiated between us n buyers n sellers. I had regular updates on both sale and purchase which meant I was not chasing anything it was all done for me. GoogleWe decided to use Duckworth's to sell our house as they were the most competitively priced. Unfortunately as a seller they weren't interested in our desires or wishes and prioritized the buyer. Will not be using them again. Would've been a one star review but Steven in their Accrington Office saved them from this.

The communication from solicitors was dire and the sales progression team at Duckworth's (Michelle) became the driving force in sealing our completion. Throughout this highly stressful time, Michelle was in constant contact with us; giving regular updates and helping us with any enquiries we had. She was professional yet approachable and is clearly very experienced. GoogleMe and my partener had put our house up with duckworths after using a different estate agents. We got an amazing offer they where doing at the time. Although our house has been on the market for a few months we have had a consistent viewings. We have been kept updated and had a phone call to discus our next steps on selling the house. Everyone we have spoken to or dealt with so far has been very professional and friendly. We have now just accepted an offer so will do another review at the end of everything. Thabkyou duckworths :)
