From the first meeting with Callum we knew we had chosen the Best Estate Agent. Professional service from start to finish. Adam was kind enough to do the viewings for us which helped my elderly Mum and took any pressure off. We were blown away with a very quick closing date and an exceptional offer. We recently sold our property with Donald Ross and we were delighted to be able to accept an offer within a week. The service that we received was first class and we would highly recommend Donald Ross. At the start of the process, Callum Gott came to our home to conduct a market appraisal and valuation. Callum's help and assistance from this meeting right through to when the home was sold was fantastic and invaluable. Additionally Adam Reid completed the negotiations for our sale and he was also very helpful and done a great job. We spoke to many of the team members at Donald Ross over the phone and can't thank them enough for all of their help.

My wife Susan and I really enjoyed working with Adam Reid and Team at Donald Ross Estate Agents, Kilmarnock during a prolonged search for property during our recent relocation from Northumberland, North East of England. Unfamiliar with the Scottish home purchase system which is very different from the other side of the border. After numerous bids and counter bids we eventually made it across the border at the begining of October to be near grandchildren and to enjoy the west coast sunsets. Thank you Adam and Team Donald Ross, Kilmarnock.

I would highly recommend using Donald Ross. Tracey Oakley was extremely knowledgeable with the process of selling. As it was my parent home I was selling I found it extremely emotional but Tracey showed me empathy throughout. Within a day of the house being on the market I had 3 viewers which Tracey kindly showed them around. Within a week the house was sold. From start to finish it took around 6 weeks with no hitches at all. I definitely chose the right estate agency.
