GoogleRecently sold my property with Donald Ross and couldn't recommend them highly enough. The team made the process straightforward and stress-free, owing to their excellent communication and service throughout while the price achieved was above my initial expectations. They were always on hand whenever I had a question and the fact they operate 7 days was really helpful, both for answering any questions but also for communicating with potential purchasers over the weekend.

GoogleAlthough we did not chose bonds as our estate agents to sell our own property, we did purchase a property which was on sale through them. They made the whole process so much easier. Every single member of staff we dealt with was professional and more than helpful. Especially Melvin who we dealt with at the start. He called when he said he would and kept us informed of anything they had been made aware of regarding any updates. Unfortunately Melvin was taken ill close to Christmas so we dealt with Graham and a few other team members who were also very experienced team members and kept us fully informed as much as possible. (We wish you a speedy recovery Melvin) I couldn't recommend them enough. They are a fantastic team and all pull together and work with one another. They really do put their clients first, whether you are using them for your sale or a purchase through them. Thank you to you all All the best Mel & Mark

GoogleExtremely happy with Bond, normally letting agents are prone to mucking you about but with Bond I have never felt more comfortable, Michelle Goodwin has gone above and beyond to make sure me and my Partner are dealt with correctly and move into a place that's right for us. If you are to use Bond I would highly recommend Michelle!

GoogleWe moved home at the start of this year and found Bond were excellent - they handled the sale of our old property and also the purchase of the new one so all in-house and extremely efficient. Always went above and beyond and couldn't fault the service. Would recommend to anyone.

GoogleI sent an email to Bond asking lots of (probably quite annoying) advice from a first time buyers perspective. I sent the same email to multiple estate agents and Bond was the only one that replied swiftly giving a really detailed, personalised, honest email. I didn't feel like they were trying to sway me either way and I just really appreciated the time taken to respond, particularly as I wasn't actually inquiring about a particular property. Thank you to Lee for taking the time! :)

GoogleThis was the most joyful experience. I felt at ease. The communication levels really settled me. Buying a house can be stressful. Bonds residential did not add to my stress whatsoever, I feel this counts for a lot
