GoogleTracey sold our house, everything went smoothly and easily and we got good price above home report after going to closing date. She also then contacted us to say she had a house we may like to view! So we viewed it as soon as it was on market and offer was accepted! Tracey made the estate agent part of selling and buying very easy.

GoogleWe decided to list our house for sale when I was pregnant hoping to move before our baby was born. We ended up in a complicated chain and moving with a 4 month old baby. The only thing that made the whole process easier was the service we had from Bond. They were constantly chasing solicitors and other estate agents in the chain who were useless and bad at responding, they always kept us up to date, and really gave us peace of mind that they were on it. Every call I received they would check how my pregnancy was progressing and once he was born always asked after the baby which was lovely and made it such a familiar service. They always checked if it was a good time to speak and really couldn't have done any more for us. If you're thinking of selling your house I would 100% recommend Bond, they definitely earned every penny in the sale of our house!

GoogleWe recently sold our house through Bonds in Chelmsford and couldn't recommend them highly enough. The staff were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Melvin did a lot of chasing for us behind the scenes to help alleviate some of the usual stress that comes with moving home. Very professional.

GoogleBond were able to sell our house very quickly and for the asking price. they were also the agent for the home we purchased. They were very honest with us and highly professional. Throughout the process they chased solicitors to keep the ball rolling and kept me up to date. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy and sell.

GoogleWe sold our house last year with Bond and the experience was excellent. The team worked well together and knew exactly how to support us at each stage of the sale. Melvin in particular was thoroughly professional and went above and beyond to smooth over the invetable bumps along the way. Not the cheapest but definitely delivered excellent service and value for money.

GoogleHorrible experience when renting , left house in great condition and they still continued to take the deposit. Money grabbing to say the least , staff behind the reception desk were heard when I was in blatantly bad mouthing tennants. Very unprofessional. Avoid at all costs. If i could score less than 1 star then i would.NegativeProfessionalism
Hello Amy Donald Ross do not take deposits, as you are fully aware the Government set up a tenant deposit scheme whereby a separate body holds the deposit and returns the deposit to the tenant (where it is due) if you did not receive your full deposit back that is because the panel decided that you did not fulfil your obligation to receive it in full. We have no control over a tenant's deposit. Your review is unsubstantiated.
