GoogleHaving used various agencies over the years, Bond really stood out to me. Their customer service, approach and responsiveness is 10/10. I bought a house through them and then used them again to let it. Both lettings and sales were faultless. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient agency. Huge thanks to Jack and Michelle for all their support throughout the processes. Melvin was a pleasure to deal with and I appreciated his update calls and super professional demeanour. Richard along with the rest of the team were also very helpful.

They supported us throughout the sales process and even provided us with practical advice for our onward purchase. GoogleI worked with Melvin, Matthew, Ricky, and the team for 12 months since 2022, when we sold our house. What was an incredibly frustrating year was made better by the aforementioned staff members, whom were proactive and professional and assisted us every step of the way? Without them, we wouldn't have gotten into the property before the deadline. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleI’ve not had amazing experiences with estate agents before, however Bond has changed my mind again :-). I sold my house through them this year and they were absolutely amazing. The guys kept on top of everything, liaising with all parties and making sure everything kept on track. They were easy to get hold of, extremely responsive and kept me updated every step of the way - which was brilliant. The best thing is that every single person at Bond is absolutely lovely and a pleasure to deal with. I really can’t thank all the guys at Bond enough, I won’t be using any other estate agents again!
