TrustpilotA very professional service
We engaged DM Hall to create a Home Report, in order to sell our house. The surveyor called at precisely the time they had arranged and the survey was carried out in about an hour, including a chat with us. The draft copy of the survey came back to us the same afternoon, which was fantastic and helped us to sell our house within 24 hours! We had one tiny detail which we had to ask, to be amended, but it was very professionally handled from start to finish.

TrustpilotEfficient service
I found the surveyor very professional and polite. I was also very pleased with the survey they wrote, apart from a clause about historical building warrants, which we had to negotiate over. However, this was resolved to my satisfaction.

TrustpilotEPC Feedback
I was mostly happy. However I was given no opportunity to check the Energy Proficiency Certificate before it was posted. And the first draft contained two factual errors. Granted these were corrected after an exchange of emails, but the experience was quite stressful.

Thank you for sharing this feedback. We're disappointed to hear this but hope all was in order with the final report.
