TrustpilotPleasant professional service
The surveyor arrived on time. He introduced himself and explained exactly what he needed to do. The questions he asked were concise and relevant to the property. He completed the survey quickly but thoroughly. In my experience the surveyor represented DM Hall in a pleasant and professional manner. I would be happy to recommend them to friends and family.

TrustpilotDM HALL ARE ON THE BALL!
The office manager, Pam Dick was patient, polite and highly efficient. The surveyor, Andrew Milne was helpful, comprehensive in his inspection, and beyond the work of preparing a Home Report, an enormous pleasure to converse with.Beforehand we were apprehensive about the experience, especially as some of the interior decoration was tired and selling property is very stressful. Andrew was tactful, diplomatic and reassuring and fully explained the process. He fully answered all our questions. A true professional. Both Pam Dick and Andrew Milne provided an excellent service and I would highly recommend DM Hall to everyone.

TrustpilotBrilliant Firm
Could I just say how wonderful the team from DM Hall are, especially Graham Wilson, who came out to the property to do the Home Report. He was extremely friendly, took the time to explain what he was doing and why, whilst still remaining very professional. He is a credit to your business. The report was sent to us electronically and in good time, accompanied by clear instructions explaining the next steps I needed to take.I am very satisfied with the service given and would like to send my thanks for making the experience a good one.
