Home report

Contact made in good time to set up appointment. Advised time slot for appointment with the Surveyor to call prior to attending. Surveyor attended as agreed, introduced himself and was very professional throughout visit. He advised what he would be doing and kept the 'house-sitter' advised when going outside and in to the attic, etc. During telephone conversations with the office, the team there were very attentive and extremely helpful so a big thumbs up for them too.He was mindful of the owners' property and once completed, advised exactly what would happen next. He was very pleasant, courteous and professional throughout.

Very professional

Were very professional, arrived when they said they would and did everything to make things easier for me like dropping off a form that needed to be completed because I couldn’t print it out, they have been about a longtime so they are experienced and know what they are doing.
