TrustpilotAttention to detail was great
Sean at DM Hall came out to do our EPC after some renovation work. He put the extra effort in to understand what we had done, collect the evidence needed to support the EPC review and it all went very smoothly.

TrustpilotDisappointed
I’ve used DM Hall many times over the years for my buy to lets and three times recently for home reports. The first one was faultless as had been my previous experiences. The second one was fine until they missed my email approving the Home Report and we were delayed a day getting the property on the market. Not a huge issue but no acknowledgement or apology from them. The third one was more of an issue as the draft contained 4 glaring errors - including wrong valuation, described as a ground floor flat when it was upper, reference to a single glazed pantry window when there was no pantry (far less a pantry window), and completely missed the coal cellar storage. Errors were corrected quickly but again no acknowledgement or apology for errors. Not the service it used to be.
Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback.

TrustpilotNot Accurate Enough
The Home Report was pushed through as urgent however the surveyor did not remember half of what he had seen and I had to provide the info again. Things like reports on woodworm treatment. I even ended up cutting holes in the plasterboard in 3 seperate crawl spaces to prove the room in the roof was insulated. They seem to have to many jobs to do the job correct first time.
Dear Dave,Thank you for leaving a review yesterday and we appreciate the feedback. Please be in touch at marketing@dmhall.co.uk if you wish to discuss your experience in more detail.Regards,DM Hall Marketing Team
