TrustpilotExpensive
I made a mistake and never checked the price first, l foolishly just let the estate agent arrange home report which cost me £420. I later checked with Home Report Scotland and they quoted me £307.80 which is 26% cheaper!! Beware folks get quotes first.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. DM Hall Home Reports include a Mortgage Valuation Report as standard and are widely accepted by all major lenders, not to mention our RICS accredited staff who have a huge amount of expertise and knowledge in the local area. TrustpilotAwful customer service
As a paying customer for the rent of a large business building in Galashiels, the service and response is nonexistent. I have contacted numerous people and times about the issues with the building, and no one seems to be bothered. Awful experience, and if I could move somewhere else, I wouldn't hesitate a second.
