GoogleVERY different home report. DM Hall done a seller home report for a property I've just purchased. Almost every category was completely different. Scored a 1 on electric and plumbing system on DM. Building needs a full rewire, boiler replacement and 9 of the 11 radiators replaced, all quoted from non invasive surveys, same non invasive survey DM Hall has supposedly done.
Thank you for your feedback. Please call the office to discuss further, that would be the best way to discuss any issues. Regards DM Hall Surveyors
