Overall whole experience has been excellent. Communication involving all parties from office to the surveryor was excellent. Appoinment made quickly and flexable around my working hours. Surveyor very polite and friendly and explainedwhat he would be doing. GoogleI've recently made an offer on a property on Baird Lumsden's books, whilst I was unlucky in the purchase the correspondence I had with the Agents was very pleasant and they seemed to be taking care of their clients and taking a real interest in the best outcome of the sale. Will definitely consider them if I were ever to sell.
Dear Emma, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and a recommendation. We appreciate the feedback.

GoogleWhat can I say ?? I am so glad that I had chosen them to market my property. Not a run of the mill sale, a few quirks, but the staff made big efforts to ensure things went as smoothly as possible. Always on hand to answer queries or find answers. ( I had a few). Always patient. Always professional but most of all welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend them. Thank you Baird Lumsden and all of your staff.
Dear Carol, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and recommendation for the team at Baird Lumsden. We are delighted to receive this feedback. All the best with the next steps.
