TrustpilotDM Hall carried out my Single House Survey expertly and efficiently
DM Hall carried out my Single House Survey both courteously and rapidly. An appointment was made for the Survey the very same day I notified the Estate Agents of the notification to sell my property. The weekend intervened and the Survey was performed two day later.Brett and Alan were very efficient and helpful as they performed the Survey and the final Report was completed later that day!Thank you to DM Hall for their best attention which expedited the listing of my property for sale.

TrustpilotHome Report
Had a home report and then an updated home report done later. First surveyor was rude when in the house and unhelpful on the phone when we needed to query the validation. Methodology and reasoning used to come to the validation was flawed and couldn't be backed up when queried. Validation was adjusted.Fortunately a different surveyor was provided for the home report update who was much more polite and behaved like an adult.
