Trustpilot99 high street
Feel like a lot of the number twos he put on home report were speculation by saying need to look into this further most about dampness and roof as I bought this only 3 years ago and wasn’t as bad as that I feel Plus a old cottage from 1880 will have a slight dampness in this age

The reason I’m only giving 4 stars was that we were scheduled in for 9am appointment. At 9.30 no surveyor turned up so we called to be told we weren’t in the system. Eventually someone came out at 10.45 but no apology was made for the mix up

TrustpilotProfessional and pleasant surveyor gives excellent service.n
Scott from DM Hall Glasgow Office attended on day and at time expected. He introduced himself to myself and wife (and dog) and explained what he would be doing. He moved around the house taking what appeared to be detailed notes whilst being careful not to be too intrusive. At the end of his visit he explained the next steps that would follow ensuring that we understood.Draft report was available one day earlier than anticipated. All in all a very professional and pleasant gentleman.Excellent service from Scott and office staff.Thank you.
