GoogleShocking if I could give this company a zero I would I'm a young buyer who works night shift told them this and sacrificed a large portion to be left waiting and no one to be home selling ending up showing up unhappy to see me and tell me the property was sold, phone serval times emailed haven't heard a word and I wasn't the only buyer to have showed up either minutes later 2 more show up to view. Horrendous

Save yourself a load of heartache and avoid this bunch of amateurs. I tried to sell a property with them and after they left my property unlocked not once but twice (they were handling viewings on my behalf) the managing director called me liar and suggested that I didn't know how to lock my own front door. Zero stars.

FacebookAndrew Watt came to look at our flat, didn't want to really look around or listen. Didn't look at the garden and asked why he was there.. We were hoping to value the flat to get it on the market but that not what these estate agents do. While looking at his watch asked if I needed anything more from him.. The value... He said 75k even though two previous companies who looked around quoted 90k. Left within 5 minutes of arriving. Complete waste of time after fully renovating a flat and taking a day off work for this boso to not care.

FacebookThe whole team were amazing and sold our house in a matter of days. When it came to the buying side, I had to deal with other estate agents as well as delmour and the service I received from them was night and day compared to the rest. A big thanks to Anne who always went the extra mile and was always happy to help even though I was calling most days lol.

FacebookIt was a long and hard stressful slog, but after the best part of 5 months, we finally finalised paperwork, sold our house and moved into our new one. But... The selling part was done and dusted in a matter of weeks of the property coming onto market, in a big way, it was thanks to Delmor. They are a long and we'll established firm in the area, the prime reason we went with them...they know the marketplace and have their finger on the pulse of the property trade. Angela and the rest of the Delmor team had our old house photographed and listed within a few days of getting the go ahead. The team at were on point, professional, polite and friendly. Would easily recommend them as your estate agent when the time comes to move. Thanks Delmor!

GoogleI asked Delmor to come and view my property for selling. The agent let himself into my house and quite rudely pointed out that my house was ok and he thought he could sell it. I gave him my ballpark estimation of it's value, the agent laughed and said I was dreaming and at least £100,000 too high. He started his sales pitch but I told him I would like to ask another agency to value my house. I ended up using Slater Hogg, my house was sold within a week for more than the asking price. The Delmor agent I believe was the owner of Delmor, he was dressed like a spiv, spoke like a chancer with no manners, I'm stunned they get business in Fife with this attitude. GoogleFollowing lockdown been trying to find a rental! Cannot understand why the agents spend days showing the same property to lots of other people when you meet the criteria and furnish them with all your papers an proofs and references and credit reports. Instead they generate interest then filter through many applications to keep interested parties waiting. It’s not like anybody will be offering above the rental value. Anyhow once this is complete rather than taking the first perspective tenant forward they take five to the landlord with all the information they gathered from the interested parties to allow the landlord to make final decision. Following this they don’t respond to emails or calls! The landlord hired YOU to have a fair process and to ensure tenants meet essential criteria!
