GoogleThe staff seam to think it's acceptable to park in a neighbouring property's driveways carparks to save them selves parking charges while at work , as one off these neighbours who have had to park else where and pay parking charges because of this it shows disrespect for anyone bar them selves, and if they can do this what other corners are they cutting to save them selves money whilst selling your property

In relation to your comments our office was made aware of the issues at the time, although the vehicles owner was visiting our premises, the person is not employed by Delmor Estate Agents and your comments have been passed on to them.
We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. Our staff have previously been briefed not to use this area, this has been reiterated again. We appreciate why you are frustrated, however don't agree with your comments regarding cutting corners. We are a highly respected property agent and believe we offer a professional and valued service.

GoogleCan't thank Delmor enough for handling our recent house sale. We've used Delmor on three occasions dating back to 1999, we've always been delighted with the high level of service. I was pleasantly surprised on this occasion that they've moved with the times, all the viewings were texted and emailed which was really helpful.We were fortunate enough to have a lot of interest in our property and this meant a great deal of graft for Angela, Michelle and the team. They handled it all really well and kept us fully informed throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Delmor.

YellAvoid, don't use them.
All the staff in the lettings side are so horrible, it's like they have a competition to see which one of them can be the rudest. They sent me e-mails saying I was responsible for the previous tenant's gas and electricity bill - even though I showed them the bill was for dates before I took over the property. Left me no option but to contact the energy provider and e-mail them a copy of my tenancy paperwork which showed the date I moved in. The property was filthy when I moved in, I sent them videos of this, but they still insisted that it had been professionally cleaned. Refused to give me my deposit back when I left, had to dispute this with safe deposit Scotland who gave me my deposit back in full. They all are unprofessional, rude and won't listen. Please use someone else.

FacebookFrom a start to finish I found Delmor rude, they don’t listen, and will try and take your deposit for the stupidest things eg indentations on the carpet caused by furniture. Be very weary if you rent from Delmor!!
