GoogleI can’t rate Delmor Estate Agents highly enough, particularly Suzanne Watson, sales negotiator. From start to finish she has been exceptionally helpful and professional. I have bought and sold within a fortnight. I did the whole process through Delmor and I’ve been kept informed and advised throughout.

GoogleThe most useless estate agent ever. My mum sold her house with them in Kelty recently and it took almost a year because the estate agent clearly didn't qualify buyers beforehand, so we had several non-serious or financially incapable buyers. Additionally, once an offer is accepted, expect this agent to do absolutely nothing to chase the sale. They just sit back and do nothing, and getting them to chase for updates is like pulling hens teeth. You'd think with that level of service, they'd discount their commission fees, given we had to do their job for them, but of course they didn't. Highly advise avoiding these guys, in my opinion

GoogleI wouldn’t recommend Delmor’s services and I would avoid them at all costs. They failed to turn up for appointments with potential buyers on time, on two occasions no-showed with me having to speak to potential buyers via my ring door bell, and I had to chase them for progress updates and reword adverts to attract more potential buyers. Now over six months after completion they are chasing an invoice despite having told my lawyers that the account was fully settled at the time of completion. They also failed to send contracts and fee documentation through. Their unprofessionalism and failure to follow basic procedures has caused me unnecessary stress. I was disappointed as I feel I was upsold by Angela with the “local friendly estate agent” spiel that would give me an excellent service. I have never been so disgusted with customer service!! Please avoid !!

We have reported your review to google and advised your review is for the wrong business location. GoogleThe team at Delmor make everything so easy when selling your home. Excellent local knowledge and I recommend them highly having sold and bought 4 properties over the years. Incredibly friendly with a personal touch.

GoogleWe had a fantastic experience with Delmor Estate Agents in Cowdenbeath. Angela and the team were incredibly supportive throughout both the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new one. Their professionalism, clear communication, and friendly approach meant we understood the whole process as we progressed trough our sale and purchase. We couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

GoogleThe staff seam to think it's acceptable to park in a neighbouring property's driveways carparks to save them selves parking charges while at work , as one off these neighbours who have had to park else where and pay parking charges because of this it shows disrespect for anyone bar them selves, and if they can do this what other corners are they cutting to save them selves money whilst selling your property SO AVOID AVOID AVOID

We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. Our staff have previously been briefed not to use this area, this has been reiterated again. We appreciate why you are frustrated, however don't agree with your comments regarding cutting corners. GoogleCan't thank Delmor enough for handling our recent house sale. We've used Delmor on three occasions dating back to 1999, we've always been delighted with the high level of service. I was pleasantly surprised on this occasion that they've moved with the times, all the viewings were texted and emailed which was really helpful.We were fortunate enough to have a lot of interest in our property and this meant a great deal of graft for Angela, Michelle and the team. They handled it all really well and kept us fully informed throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Delmor.
