GoogleThank you to all the staff for the way they handled our house sale. We had a visit from Andrew on Monday evening and by Friday morning our house was sold. The staff are so helpful and guide you through the process which is great as it’s not something most people do on a regular basis. I would thoroughly recommend Andrew and his team to sell your house, service is second to none.

FacebookJust like to say a huge thank you to all at delmor for selling my home. From start to finish everything went smoothly and was stress free. I was so nervous but the girls in the office especially Ann and Lisa were fantastic, always keeping me updated and never too busy to answer my never ending questions, they always had time for a chat and to put my mind at rest. with all there hard work my home sold within 2 weeks. I cannot recommend delmor enough, thanks again xx

GoogleI have lived in a flat i rented through Delmor Estate Agent Kirkcaldy, and wouldn't recommend them, they do not look after their tenants, they do look after the Landlords though, I have had loads of problems in this flat, have had the windows fixed to stop drafts, but the most needed one has not been fixed i.e. Dampness in the bedroom, and I have asthma, it has caused me no end of problems, I am moving out at the end of this month and hopefully my health will improve, I am 70 years old and last year has been the most difficult year for me, but they don't care . I hope the new law about to come into force fines the estate agents, in the new law coming out the estate agents are being held responsible for repairs not being done and I hope this helps future tenants.

GoogleCurrently a tenant in a property managed by delmor and have had to withhold my rent due to holes in roof, heating constantly dropping pressure, didn't have a proper working fridge for almost 3 weeks, front door isn't closing properly and there is wet wall covering mainfuse Into the property. My husband deals with them now. After a week with no fridge he called them up for a follow up to be told they didn't have it on their records even though I still had emails with pictures that were sent to them as requested and even got a reply.. After being 2 weeks late with rent we were called up to ask where our rent was and we told them we are still awaiting repairs. We were then shouted at and threatened that if we were to apply for a council house they would make sure we wouldn't get one. Disgusting behaviour. Oh and still awaiting repairs.

GoogleLack of interest in showing a home - "Don't want to be traipsing back and forth" - Isn't that what you're being paid to do?! Don't take on a property to sell if its outwith your area?! Unwilling to let us view out of office hours. Badly advised from them with regards to solicitors. No answer at the end of the phone when website says they're open.

GoogleThere's never anyone on the other end of the phone and when Iv left messages iv never had a response to which I have lost out on a couple of properties due to them not getting back to me, very poor customer services from cowdenbeath office.
A review that appears on several offices' pages is shown once. We leave out reviews that name another agent.
